This is where it starts. Your Discovery Session is 90 minutes with me, and you both need to be there.
We'll talk about what's brought you here and what you both want to change. I'll explain exactly how the programme works, and by the end I'll give you an honest answer about whether it's the right fit.

It's coaching, not counselling. The focus is on what you each do next
This programme isn't for everyone, and I'd rather tell you now than take you on and find out later
The Discovery Session costs £50. If we decide the programme isn't right for you, I'll refund it in full
Sessions are face-to-face or online. The discovery sessions are running now, and the programme intake begins in October 2026
